Job Post: We are looking for a Music Teacher who is a specialist in Early Childhood/Kindergarten age groups (Children 2 to 7 years of age). A passionate teacher that is eager to leave no stone unturned in child music pedagogy!
Duties of the teacher will include:
- Shadowing and undergoing our mentorship-training program
- Facilitating group music lessons taught with our play-based approach in our schools
- Facilitate all after-school programs, summer camps, and other events
- Contributing to the development of our lesson plans, events, and other activities
- Committed and reliable in independently handling sessions with the safety and well-being of our students
Responsibilities and Deliverables – The Success Criteria for the Music Teacher:
- Research, curate, create, and collate content for our lesson plans.
- Successfully deliver music lessons and events for the full year
- Assign activities based on learning objectives
- Assessments of children’s learning outcomes
- Provide verbal and written child-specific feedback
- Successfully put up end-of-term and end-of-the-year performances based on important events in the calendar
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelors in Music Education (ABRSM or Trinity Grades NOT considered as proof you are a teacher)
- 6 to 8 years of in-class experience with children in a school
- Ability to play the Piano or Guitar to accompany songs
- Fluent in English and interactions with parent communiy
Added advantage if you have the following skills, talents, and experience:
- Teacher training or professional development in music pedagogy for children aged 2 to 10
- Skills such as: composing songs, music scoring, curriculum development, and lesson planning
- Content creation: researching, writing articles, and building content for educational purposes
- Experience working with children with special needs

Job Overview
As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our various educational programs. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing client interactions, coordinating schedules and events, and maintaining compliance and reports.
This is a full-time position that offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to grow with us.

Administrative Assistant Job ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Answer phone calls, direct callers to appropriate personnel, schedule appointments, assist clients, and other visitors.
- Respond to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
- Draft and edit letters, reports, and other documents.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.
- Research as requested and compile and summarize information for reports or presentations using AI, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Ensure deadlines are met and adapt to changing priorities.
Client Interaction and Safety:
- Be present at our center to receive and welcome new parents and inquiries.
- Communicate and effectively educate clients about the services and products we offer, both on call and in person.
- Ensure the safety of the children, including pickup and drop-off, and basic health and safety protocols.
- Ability to appropriately communicate and connect with children, parents, teachers, and school management, and maintain a professional image for the organization.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Review and update communication channels and address all missed communications.
- Schedule updates, meetings, and appointments.
- Track data leads, inquiries, fees, and other stats.
- Ensure report maintenance and updates.
- List out tasks, events, appointments, and team meetings.
- Plan and update schedules for the week, month, and quarter.
Event Planning and Management:
- Coordinate and handle all online meetings and webinars on Zoom, Teams, and other platforms.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person workshops and events, including all hospitality and catering arrangements.
- Execute tasks related to workshops and events as instructed by directors.
- Send reminders and follow-ups before, during, and after workshops and events.
Compliance and Reports:
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems of all processes, policies, and procedures.
- Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Generate and maintain weekly and end-of-month reports.
Accounts and Finance:
- Maintain simple accounting.
- Generate invoices.
- Maintain attendance records.
- Handle fee payments.
- Send payment reminders to clients.
