WORKSHOP TERMS, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Bangalore Workshop (NSK Centre)
This Policy applies to all participants registered for workshops conducted by Tāla Education Private Limited in Bangalore, including Residential and Non-Residential variants.
1. Communication
All official communication, cancellation notices, refund requests, or grievances must be submitted in writing to:

Verbal communication shall not constitute formal notice.
2. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the workshop commencement date.
- Cancellation requests submitted within 7 days of the workshop date will attract mandatory deductions.
Deductions Within 7 Days of Engagement
If cancellation is requested within 7 days prior to the workshop:
A minimum of 30% of the total workshop fee shall be retained towards:
- Registration kit and workshop materials
- Printed resources
- Pre-ordered meals
- Accommodation bookings (if residential)
- Administrative processing costs
For Residential participants, accommodation and meal bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
3. No Refunds After Event Commencement
- Refunds requested on the day of the event or after the event date will not be entertained.
- No refunds shall be issued for non-attendance without prior written cancellation.
4. Refund Requests After Attending Day 1
If a participant attends Day 1 and seeks a refund under the satisfaction guarantee:
- A written request must be submitted on Day 1 before 9:00 PM to info@talaeducation.com.
- The request must clearly state the grounds for dissatisfaction.
- The management of Tāla Education will review the request.
- A formal response shall be issued within 72 hours.
- Only the tuition component is eligible for refund.
- All ancillary charges (materials, food, accommodation, merchandise, logistics) remain strictly non-refundable.
5. Non-Attendance & Withdrawal
- Failure to attend the workshop does not entitle the participant to a refund.
- Withdrawal after commencement does not entitle the participant to a refund beyond what is explicitly stated in the satisfaction guarantee.
- Rescheduling, if offered, is solely at the discretion of Tāla Education.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Participants expressly agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.
Any chargeback initiated in violation of this policy shall constitute a material breach of contract, and Tāla Education reserves the right to pursue recovery of fees, legal costs, and damages.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tāla Education shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation or non-participation.
8. Force Majeure
Tāla Education shall not be held responsible for cancellation or postponement due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government orders, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.
In such cases, participants may be offered rescheduling options.
9. Governing Law & Arbitration
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this workshop shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, Karnataka.
- The proceedings shall be conducted in English.
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Within 7 Days
If cancellation is requested within 7 days of the workshop:
A minimum of 25% of the total workshop fee shall be retained towards:
- Registration kit
- Printed materials
- Pre-ordered meals
- Administrative and logistics costs
3. No Refunds After Event Date
- Refund requests submitted on the event day or after the event date shall not be entertained.
- Non-attendance without prior written cancellation does not qualify for refund.
4. Refund Requests After Day 1 Attendance
- Any dissatisfaction-based refund request must be submitted on Day 1 in writing to info@talaeducation.com.
- Requests must clearly state the grounds.
- A formal response shall be issued within 72 hours.
- Only the tuition component may be considered.
- Food, materials, merchandise, and other ancillary charges are strictly non-refundable.
5. Chargebacks

Shipping Policy

Returns and Refunds
