1. Who We Are
Tāla Education Private Limited (“Tāla Education,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional development workshops, leadership sessions, and play-based music and movement programs for organizations and corporate teams.

2. Scope of Services
Our workshops are designed to create engaging, music-driven team-building experiences and leadership development programs.

Detailed workshop content, duration, and inclusions will be agreed upon in advance via official proposals.

3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal and invoice.

Taxes: 18% GST applies on all invoices. TDS (if applicable) must be deducted by the client, and the certificate shared with us.

Payments are due as per the schedule mentioned in the proposal or invoice.

Additional costs (e.g., instrument rentals, logistics) will be communicated clearly and billed separately if not included in the original quote.

Refunds:
15+ days before event → 50% refund
7–2 days before event → No refund (reschedule allowed)
If Tāla cancels → 100% refund within 15 days

4. Travel, Accommodation & Venue
For workshops outside Bangalore, the client agrees to arrange and bear costs for:
Air/road travel for facilitators

Local transfers

Hotel accommodation (minimum 3-star rating)

Meals and basic dietary requirements

Venue space that meets activity requirements

5. Intellectual Property
All workshop content, lesson plans, videos, and resources remain the exclusive property of Tāla Education.

Materials are provided solely for registered participants’ use within their organization and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written consent.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans can change. Here’s our policy:
15+ days before the event: 50% refund

7 to 2 days before the event: No refund (rescheduling permitted)

If Tāla Education cancels: Full refund within 15 days

Rescheduled workshops may require new travel and accommodation arrangements by the client.

7. Media & Confidentiality
During workshops, we may capture photos or videos for training and promotional purposes.

If your organization prefers not to be included in such media, please inform us in writing before the workshop.

All participant and client information remains confidential and will not be shared without consent.

8. Data Privacy
We collect basic details (name, email, company information) for communication, updates, and service delivery.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability
While we ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Tāla Education is not responsible for indirect losses, travel disruptions, or venue-related issues outside our control.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.
