Your teaching day starts at 10 AM and wraps up by 1 PM. You get a real midday break, and on some days, just a couple of focused evening sessions. The rest of your time is yours β for practice, learning, family, or simply having a life outside work.

At TΔla, we're not looking for someone to teach kids 'action songs'. We're building a team of early childhood music & movement educators trained in internationally recognised, play-based pedagogy β Orff Schulwerk and KodΓ‘ly β the kind of music education practiced in Scandinavian countries and international schools worldwide.
The next sections will show you what we're looking for, how we train, and how this becomes a real career, step by step. This isn't rocket science. It can absolutely be learned.

π On Education: Whether you have a diploma, a degree, or simply exceptional talent β your pathway starts with your ability and heart, not your certificates. Any Early Childhood Education coursework (Montessori, ECE, child psychology) is an advantage β but not required.

βΉ10,000ββΉ20,000/month stipend for those who qualify. Shadow teaching with senior educators.
January 2027 β Independent Teaching
