1. Pass and Price
The Tāla All-Access Learning Pass costs ₹4,999 inclusive of applicable GST. It is provided by Tāla Education Private Limited, GSTIN 29AAJCT2283Q1ZG, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Access is valid for 12 months from the activation date communicated by Tāla after payment and verification. The pass is assigned to one registered member, is personal and is non-transferable.
2. What Is Included
The pass includes:
- Three eligible premium online workshops presented by Tāla and selected educators
- Five professionally prepared lesson plans
- One personal consultation: 20 minutes for individual members, or 30 minutes for schools purchasing the pass
- One class review of a single eligible recording
- One 20-minute one-to-one feedback session following the class review
- The Tāla 10-Pillar Assessment
- Selected member benefits across the 12-month period
3. Workshops
You may select from eligible workshops announced during your active period, subject to availability and registration deadlines. Topics, dates, timings and presenters are communicated in advance and remain subject to availability.
Sessions are delivered live. Recordings and certificates are provided only where specifically announced.
4. Consultation, Review and Feedback
The consultation, class review and feedback session must be booked and completed within the 12-month period and remain subject to appointment availability.
The member is responsible for obtaining all permissions required from the school, participants, parents or guardians before recording or sharing a class. Recordings are used only for the requested professional-development purpose.
5. Member Benefits
Members may receive first access to selected events and programmes, selected early-booking and member prices, 10% to 15% off eligible group bookings, early access and priority fulfilment for selected kits, practical asynchronous implementation support, and selected career opportunities and professional guidance.
Benefits vary by programme and are subject to eligibility and availability. Member pricing applies only where specifically announced, is not retrospective and cannot be exchanged for cash. Asynchronous support is provided on a fair-use basis.
6. What Is Not Included
- In-person and residential workshop fees
- Accommodation, travel and meals
- Physical kits, books or instruments
- School curriculum subscriptions and institutional licences
- Unlimited consultations, reviews, coaching or references
- Guaranteed interviews, jobs or placements
7. Career Support
Tāla may share suitable opportunities and provide professional guidance. Interviews, recommendations, references and appointments are not guaranteed, and recruiting schools remain responsible for all selection and employment decisions.
8. Use of Resources
All workshops, lesson plans, assessments, recordings and resources remain the intellectual property of Tāla Education or their respective owners. Resources are licensed for the individual member's personal professional use and may not be shared, resold, publicly uploaded, redistributed or used under a school-wide licence without written permission.
9. Refunds
A refund may be requested within seven calendar days of purchase, provided no benefit has been accessed, booked, downloaded or redeemed. After seven days, or once any benefit has been accessed, the pass is non-refundable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, with processing times determined by Razorpay, the issuing bank and the payment method.
10. Conduct and Privacy
Tāla may suspend or terminate access in cases of payment fraud, abuse, unauthorised recording, resource sharing or intellectual-property infringement, without refund where access is terminated for serious misconduct.
Personal data is handled in line with Tāla's privacy policy. Operational emails required to deliver the pass are sent to the contact details supplied at purchase.
11. Changes and Governing Law
Tāla may make reasonable changes to presenters, dates, formats or individual resources while preserving the overall substance of the pass.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
